Job Description
  • Ensure that the company’s financial procedures and guidelines are complied within all accounting areas.
  • Check and input transactions related to cash, bank and general ledger.
  • Control and analyze inventory transactions (variances, inventory adjustments, Sales, Cost of sales, Goods in transit) against System’s report.
  • Check Daily Purchase Analysis Report generated from system and coordinate it with Logistics and Sales Department.
  • Check and input Trade/Non-trade AP transactions.
  • Preparation of AP Ageing report.
  • Monthly reconciliation of AP Statement from suppliers (Overseas Group Companies and Third Party Companies).
  • Cash and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliation.
  • Prepare of Audit schedules & audit related matters.
  • Maintain required filing system.
  • Otherwise carry out tasks as requested by superior
Experience / Qualification / Expertise Required
  • Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant accounting role, preferably in UAE.
  • English language skill (business level).
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Working experiences at Accounting firms or Multi National Companies is an advantage.
